All online orders over £25 qualify for free delivery.
Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £7.95 for most of mainland UK.
Bulbs and bulb packs are charged at £5.95

We aim to deliver all orders within 7 working days from the next working day. Your plants will be picked from our nursery, packed and sent out using our approved courier service. You will receive an email confirming when your delivery has been dispatched.

In order to meet the extra costs of delivering products to these areas, orders are subject to a delivery surcharge in addition to the standard delivery charge. You will only pay one delivery surcharge for your order, even if you have more than one item.
Deliveries are typically made using a courier, who despatch between 8am and 6pm between Tuesday and Friday. Timed deliveries using the courier service are not available currently. If you have a preferred delivery date, please contact us in good time to discuss this. We will always try to facilitate deliveries on a specific day, but this is not always possible and may incur an additional delivery charge. Our courier is instructed to leave your delivery in a safe place if you are unable to receive it. Email notification of your delivery is made by our courier the evening before delivery is to be made. Deliveries are made using a 24-hour service, though deliveries offshore and in Scotland may take from 2 - 5 days extra to complete.
No deliveries will be made on bank or national holidays.
You can return any products or plants with within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt. Customer complaints should be emailed to email@example.com. For technical complaints or questions /complaints on a specific plant, please attach an image of the problem to aid identification and enable valuable discussion.
We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return products or plants to us.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
