Delivery & Returns




You can return any products or plants bought online within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt. Customer complaints should be emailed to Please attach an image of the problem to aid identification and enable valuable discussion.

Plants should be watered upon receipt of the delivery and taken out of the pots and planted within 7 days to maintain the 1-year hardy guarantee. Plants should be cared for and watered properly.

We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us. 

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return products or plants to us.

To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 14 days of cancellation.

If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.


Our hardy plants are guaranteed for one year, subject to plants being planted within 7 days of receipt and being maintained correctly.

If you have any issues with your plants please email a description of the problem and send images to the customer service team, who will seek advice from the nursery manager. The nursery manager may advise further treatment or moving location, which should be acted upon.
