Crops in: July
Rootstock: Colt (semi-dwarf)

Modern sweet black cherry from the Czech Republic, self-fertile and disease resistant. Outstanding for both flavour and weight of crop.

Pollination: This cherry is self-fertile (flowering group 5) but may be planted with any other of our cherry varieties (in flowering groups 4, 5 or 6) to ensure best pollination. Instances of poor pollination are nearly always caused by bad weather at blossom time, limiting the activity of insects.

Planting distance: 5m (16ft)
Approximate height 4m (13ft) after 5 years.
Common Name Cherry
Genus Prunus
Species avium
Cultivar 'Kordia'
