Delivery and Returns

Standard delivery is free when the order value is over £55.
Any order under £55 will be subject to the shipping fees below:

Plants and Large Garden Tools- £6.95
Small Garden Tools, Bulbs and Bulb packs - £4.95
Seeds - £0.69

Please note: Larger items, such as trees may incur an extra delivery charge.

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 weeks from the next working day. Pre-orders will be dispatched as indicated on the product page.

Scottish Mainland - AB37-38, AB41-56, IV1-20, IV25, IV30-37, IV63, KW1-3, KW6-10,
KW14, PH15-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, PH33, PH49 - £8.00
Northern Ireland BT1-17, BT18 onwards - £12.00
Scottish Offshore - Postcode Covered (HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20,
PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3) - £13.00

In order to meet the extra costs of delivering products to these areas, orders are subject to a delivery surcharge in addition to the standard delivery charge. You will only pay one delivery surcharge for your order, even if you have more than one item.

Returns

You can return any products or plants you're not happy with within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt.

We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.

Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility. For your protection and peace of mind, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service to return products or plants to us.

To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation.

If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
